According to Liu Bingjiang, in order not to affect the normal traffic and reflect the actual emissions of motor vehicles, the Ministry of Environmental Protection is constructing a remote sensing network in "2 + 26" cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Yan Ziqing, executive director of the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, revealed that the current methods of testing vehicles are not uniform, the emission standards of new vehicles are not synchronized with the standards of in-use vehicles, the management of motor vehicle testing agencies is not standardized, and the accuracy, repeatability and consistency of test data are low. It is impossible to grasp the amount of pollution emissions by issuing a qualified mark management.
